High-Performance Web Architecture
I specialize in moving away from heavy, slow frameworks to lightweight, static-first architectures. This results in superior SEO ranking, near-instant load times, and reduced maintenance costs.

Process
How the engagement runs
A short, written loop with a clear end-of-engagement artefact at every step.
- 01
Discovery call
We map your goals, audience, and current bottlenecks in a 30-minute conversation. No slides, just your stack and where you want to go.
- 02
Architecture brief
You get a written document covering recommended framework, hosting, data model, and a phased delivery plan within 3 business days.
- 03
Build & iterate
Weekly demos against a shared preview URL. You approve section-by-section, so there are no big reveal surprises at the end.
- 04
Launch & handoff
Deployment to your domain, monitoring wired up, and a short Loom walkthrough so your team can own the site after launch.
Deliverables
What you walk away with
Concrete artefacts in your own repository, not slides that age out of relevance.
- Production site deployed to your domain with HTTPS
- Source code in your own Git repository
- Lighthouse score report (target: 95+ on all four metrics)
- CMS or content schema documentation
- 30-day post-launch bug fix window
Fit check
Is this the right engagement for you?
Good fit
- You have a slow or hard-to-update marketing/product site
- You want SEO and Core Web Vitals you can actually measure
- You prefer a small stack you can hand to one developer
- You are launching a new product and want a fast first impression
Probably not a fit
- You need a fully custom CMS with role-based workflows
- You want a real-time dashboard or heavy app logic in the browser
- The site is content-first but you need a publishing team of 20+
FAQ
Common questions
Do you work with existing sites or only new builds?
Both. For existing sites I usually propose a phased migration where the new architecture lives at a new path or subdomain first, then the old site is redirected once parity is confirmed.
Which frameworks do you recommend?
Astro for content-first and marketing sites, Next.js or SvelteKit for app-heavy products, and Hugo or Eleventy for documentation. I will always tell you when a heavier framework is unnecessary.
Can you integrate with our existing CMS or CRM?
Yes. Common pairings in my recent work include Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, and WordPress headless. For CRM it is usually HubSpot or Pipedrive via their public APIs.
What happens after launch?
You get a 30-day bug fix window and optional monthly care plans starting at a few hundred dollars per month for hosting, dependency updates, and small content edits.
